Recommended Use:
Adults and children age 12 and older: Before using SneezEze™, gently blow your nose to clear the nasal passage. With you head in a normal, upright position place tip of the dispenser just past the nasal opening (approx. 1/8") and breathe normally through your nose. Keeping the bottle upright, squeeze the bottle with firm pressure distributing the powder into the nostril. Repeat in other nostril.
Do not blow your nose for several minutes after using SneezEze™
If desired, you may use more than one squeeze in each nostril
One to two doses daily will provide lasting relief; however, the dose may be increased as the environment and symptoms require
